- The transmission lattice tower uses modular prefabricated components. Major parts are processed in the factory and assembled on site with bolts. The tower can be divided into sections according to transport length, road access, lifting conditions, and installation requirements.

- The components are prefabricated in the factory and processed with CNC equipment. Site installation is mainly completed with bolts. This reduces the need for additional processing at the substation and supports component identification and scheduled assembly.

- The tubular lattice transmission tower can support LGJ-185, 240, 300, 400, and 500 aluminum conductor steel-reinforced conductors. GJ steel strand or OPGW optical ground wire can be used for the ground wire system.

The steel transmission pole and its crossarms receive full hot-dip galvanizing. The regular zinc coating thickness is at least 85 μm. Additional corrosion protection can be specified for high-salt-spray environments.

- Tower anchor bolts can be supplied with heavy hex nuts, flat washers, anchor plates, and positioning templates. Thread length and anchoring structure are configured to provide the required space for flange installation, elevation adjustment, washer placement, and nut tightening.

- The sectional arrangement can be planned according to transport length, road conditions, and lifting requirements. Tower sections, platforms, and connection components can be grouped according to the project list.
