The lattice tower telecom is developed for mobile communication base stations, microwave relay systems, and regional signal coverage projects. It provides structural support for 5G antennas, conventional communication antennas, microwave equipment, and related working platforms.

 

 

Its configuration is based on the actual equipment arrangement rather than tower appearance alone. Tower height is determined by the required coverage area, antenna mounting height, equipment quantity, and site environment. The positions of antennas, microwave units, and platforms can be reviewed together so that the tower structure matches the intended installation layout.

The tower can use either a tubular steel lattice structure or an angle steel lattice structure.

 

 

Depending on the foundation, installation position, and project conditions, it can be designed as a self-supporting tower, guyed tower, or rooftop tower.

Wind speed, ice thickness, seismic intensity, and equipment load are considered during technical confirmation. These factors help determine the structural form, member arrangement, and material requirements for each project.

Main materials can include Q235B, Q355B, Q420B, or materials specified by the customer. The completed tower components receive full hot-dip galvanizing. For coastal areas, islands, and high-salt-spray environments, additional corrosion protection requirements can be discussed according to the actual site conditions.

The product can be used in cities, rural areas, mountainous regions, industrial zones, islands, areas along high-speed railway lines, and rooftop coverage projects.

The tower body is made from modular components. Fabrication and corrosion protection are completed in the factory, while site installation is mainly carried out with bolts. This arrangement allows the tower to be divided according to transport length, local road conditions, and lifting requirements.

• The factory has an annual communication tower production capacity of 10,000 tons. Production control includes operator self-inspection, sampling inspection of semi-finished products, and inspection during packaging. Customer-appointed third-party inspection is also accepted.

 

• Photos or videos can be provided during production. Delivery time is confirmed according to order quantity, component specifications, and customization details. Export orders receive additional packaging reinforcement to reduce the risk of loose bundles or mixed components during long-distance transport.

• The product includes a two-year warranty. If damaged components or missing parts are found after delivery, the issue is checked through photos or videos. On-site solutions are provided where possible, while replacement parts may be arranged when the problem cannot be handled locally.
