Gantry Tower Substation

The gantry tower substation product uses a gantry tower form and is manufactured as a customized member of the substation steel structure series.

This product should be clearly identified as a "gantry tower" in drawings, component lists, production documents, and packaging records. Structure height, column spacing, beam length, span, and foundation spacing should be confirmed separately.

Clear identification is important when a project also contains gantry frames or other substation structures. It reduces the risk of different structural forms being mixed during drawing review, component numbering, packing, and delivery.

The applicable voltage level is determined according to the specific substation project. Tubular steel or angle steel construction can be produced from the customer's design documents.

The gantry tower design is based on conductor tension, equipment load, wind load, ice load, and seismic load. Material selection should not be based only on the general appearance or total height.

Main steel materials include Q235B, Q355B, Q420B, or materials specified by the project. Grade 6.8 or grade 8.8 high-strength bolts can be used for connections.

After factory prefabrication and CNC processing, the components are installed on site with bolts. Full hot-dip galvanizing is applied to the steel structure. Coastal, high-salt-spray, and other corrosive environments can use enhanced corrosion protection requirements stated in the technical agreement.

• Export components receive secondary reinforcement after standard packaging. This reduces the risk of loose bundles, mixed parts, and incorrect placement of smaller components.

• If transport damage is found after arrival, the after-sales team checks the issue through photos or videos. Site handling advice is provided when practical. Replacement components may be supplied when the issue cannot be solved locally.

• The minimum order quantity is 1 ton, and the product includes a two-year warranty.
