Tower Stability Supported by a Guy-Wire System

The guyed telecom tower combines a tower body with a guy-wire support system. The guy wires work with the main structure to maintain stability and create an elevated installation platform for communication equipment.
The tower body can use a lattice or monopole structure. A lattice design may be produced with tubular steel or angle steel members. This gives project designers several structural options when selecting the tower body and support system.
The product can carry 5G antennas, conventional communication antennas, microwave equipment, and supporting platforms. Tower height is determined according to the signal coverage range, antenna mounting height, equipment arrangement, and site environment.
The guyed structure can be used in urban areas, rural locations, mountainous regions, industrial zones, islands, and communication projects along high-speed railway routes.
Project-Based Structural Configuration
The tower is not selected only by its height. Basic wind speed, ice thickness, seismic intensity, equipment load, and guy-wire support conditions are considered together during technical confirmation.
Main steel materials can include Q235B, Q355B, Q420B, or project-specified materials. For a lattice structure, the buyer can select tubular steel or angle steel members according to the project requirements. A monopole design uses a corresponding tubular main body.
The tower body and matching components receive full hot-dip galvanizing. Coastal locations, islands, and high-salt-spray environments can use enhanced corrosion protection requirements.
This configuration allows the structural material, tower form, equipment arrangement, and site weather conditions to be reviewed as one complete tower system.
Manufacturing for Different Tower Configurations
Shandong Hongtaiyuan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. has operated for more than five years. The factory covers approximately 20,000 square meters, employs 40 workers, and has its own research and development team.
The company can produce non-standard guyed towers according to tower height, structural form, antenna load, and weather conditions. Manufacturing according to customer drawings or physical prototypes is supported, together with OEM and ODM services.
The technical and production teams coordinate structural documents, material preparation, and production progress. Lattice towers, monopoles, and towers with different equipment arrangements can be organized within the same project.
Modular production allows the tower body, platform components, connection parts, and matching accessories to be packed according to installation requirements.
Order Quantity, Capacity, and Inspection

- The minimum order quantity is 1 ton. Different models or equipment configurations can be combined in the same order. Paid samples may be arranged before mass production.
- Workers carry out self-inspection during fabrication, while quality personnel inspect semi-finished products and packaging by sampling. Third-party inspection arranged by the customer is accepted.
- The factory has an overall monthly capacity of 2,500 tons. Before contract signing, delivery time is evaluated according to current capacity, order quantity, and customization requirements.
- Photos or videos can be provided during production. Export packing receives secondary reinforcement to reduce loose or mixed tower members and connection parts. The product includes a two-year warranty and designated after-sales support.
