The tubular steel power pole can be manufactured with a tapered, polygonal, or circular tube profile. Each shape provides a different pole outline and can be selected according to the transmission line arrangement, crossarm configuration, available installation space, and project drawings.

A tapered pole changes in section size along its height. A polygonal pole uses a folded multi-sided profile, while a circular tube pole has a round cross section. These forms provide clear structural options for projects with specific requirements for pole shape and occupied space.

The pole can be configured as a tangent, tension, angle, terminal, or crossing structure. Single-circuit, double-circuit, and multi-circuit arrangements are supported.

Project parameters can be discussed for 0.4kV, 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, 220kV, 330kV, 500kV, and 750kV line conditions. Overseas projects can be designed according to the voltage level used in the destination market.

The production process includes steel cutting, laser drilling or punching, and fabrication of matching components. Connections use grade 6.8 or grade 8.8 high-strength bolts.

After fabrication, the complete pole structure receives hot-dip galvanizing. The regular zinc coating thickness is at least 85 μm. Enhanced corrosion protection can be applied for coastal, humid, or salt-spray areas.

Structural design can consider basic wind speeds of 23.5 m/s, 27 m/s, and 31 m/s. Ice thickness can range from 5 to 50 mm according to the project conditions.
