Telecom Tower Anchor Bolts

Telecom tower anchor bolts are used to connect communication towers, telecom monopoles, broadcasting towers, and related steel structure base flanges to concrete foundations.

They can be produced according to triangular, square, or circular base layouts. The bolts may also be assembled with upper and lower positioning templates to form a complete embedded foundation unit.

Applications include mobile communication base station towers, telecom monopoles, three-tube towers, lattice communication towers, microwave towers, radio and television towers, monitoring towers, and steel supports for communication equipment.

The bolt layout is matched with the base flange holes, bolt circle diameter, and foundation structure of each tower type.

Thread sizes range from M16 to M48. Total lengths range from 300 to 2000 mm. Available strength classes include grade 4.8, grade 5.8, and grade 8.8.

The product can be supplied as individual bolts or arranged in groups of 3, 4, 6, or 8 bolts. Customized anchor bolt cages can also be produced according to the foundation drawings.

Surface treatment options include hot-dip galvanizing, rust-preventive oil, or a project-specified corrosion protection coating.

The dimensions are coordinated with the tower bottom flange so that the bolts provide a reliable connection reference for tower lifting, base flange positioning, and elevation adjustment.

Positioning templates control the bolt circle diameter, hole spacing, and vertical alignment of the bolts. They help reduce bolt movement during concrete pouring and vibration.

Thread protection sleeves can be added to reduce contact with concrete slurry, sand, and construction impact. A complete set may include anchor bolts, upper and lower templates, nuts, washers, and supporting reinforcement parts.

Supplying the parts as one matched assembly helps the construction team install the foundation unit according to the foundation number. It also reduces shortages and prevents different bolt or accessory specifications from being mixed on site.
